Took four shirts to be laundered, go to pick up and only three were there...Was advised there was a ""yellow"" stain in one and needed to be ""soaked""....Advised will be ready in one more day. Mind you, there was never a ""yellow"" stain when I brought it in...Go to pick up the following day, the shirt in the front is damaged, the material is all pulled in the front, lines going across the back, and yellow stains around the cuffs....Owner tells me that that is how I brought in the shirt, and they did not damage it...Owner refuses to accept liability and even shoves the receipt in my face that states they are not liable....DO NOT GO THERE!!!! The owner is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL, the EQUIPMENT in the background is OLD AND DINGY!!! There goes a $65 dollar shirt, and the worst part is the owner and employee are RUTHLESS and have a CARELESS attitude.....PLENTY OF OTHER DRY CLEANERS AROUND...Oh yes, he also owns SPRINGS CLEANERS ON 434, so if you want your shirts DAMAGED take them there too!!!
Cons: Damage clothes, worst customer service ever!!
