I rented 3 movies and returned them all before they were due so I thought. I got a letter a month later saying I returned a empty case and that they tried to call me at a wrong number. I go up there and return the movie I found in the dvd player and asked her to show me in the system I gave them at that number, she pulled it up and they HAD THE CORRECT NUMBER AND MY WORK NUMBER. THEY INTENTIONALLY DID THIS TO GET MONEY FROM ME. RIDICULOUS... DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MONEY HUNGRY PLACE... STICK TO REDBOX... Now they are wanting to charge me over 20.00 in late fees. I don't think so.
