Quaint little coffee shop 11/13/2009

First of all, it's really nice that Java is right off the max line. It makes it easily accessible for someone like me... a poor college student, always taking public transportation. When you walk into Java Nation, you're immediately greeted by the sweet aroma of coffee. It's got a laid back cozy feel to the shop. All the people who work there are friendly, attentive, and will patiently wait for you to order. They really care about the quality of their food, beverages, and service. They will typically ask you what your preferences are on how your beverages are made, which is awesome, because I love my drinks on the sweet side. They don't just make good coffee either, they also serve Italian sodas, chi tea, and tea. They are all good, but I do not recommend the hot chocolate. The food is wonderful. I love the almond croissant! It is the most delicious pastry they have there! Many people know how good it is too, so if you come after the morning rush, you're not likely to have the pleasure of enjoying that pastry. Then when you're ready to sit down, and enjoy your beverage and or food, there is a lot of selection of seating. They have plush couches, arm chairs, big tables, and small ones too... to accommodate any preferences you may have or even small to large groups of people. It's so cool to be able to kick back on the couch with your lap top, enjoying your food and drink, as you surf the net using their free WIFI. Talk about comfort! The thing I love most though, is the art work. There are murals all over the walls, and they support local artists by changing pictures and paintings on the wall, to give them more exposure. So, if you're looking for a really good experience along with really good coffee and food, this is the place to go! Pros: location, beverages, food Cons: music (based on preference) more
