I basically paid $110 for a short haircut and a lot of bullshit.
I went here to get a body wave perm. It didn't last more than a week. They told me I could get a complimentary haircut. I didn't go in for awhile because I was furious. After awhile, I called, asked the girl if I could still get my complimentary haircut, she said 'of course' and scheduled me an appointment. They charged me for it. I went back to complain later and the girls said they couldn't give me a refund, they'd have to talk to the manager. It has been a full week.
They screw up a perm, offer me a free haircut, then charge me for the free one, and then never get back to me? Screw this place.
DON'T GO HERE unless you want to be screwed.
