I visited Kid Dreams last week after my mom told me about the cute stuff they had. When I first walk in the door I was so excited by everything I saw! They had adorable things and I thought I had finally found the store I would exclusively shop at for my daughter. No one ever greeted me or said anything to me in the first 15 minutes I was there. The only time anyone said anything to me was when I asked a question. Even then they were short and rude. I'm not sure why they treated me the way they did. I was polite and friendly to them and complemented the products they carried. I thought it must have been because I came in just before closing. I ended up buying a rhinestone slider charm bracelet for myself and was quite happy with my new bracelet. Until....2 days later the rhinestones started falling off! I have had 2 of these bracelets before from other stores and never had this happen. So I took the bracelet back and they fixed it. But they made it seem like it was an inconvenience to fix it and hardly spoke a word to me when I was there. Then when I asked about a product they rudely said, ""No we don't carry that. maybe you should have looked for that at Halloween time."". I could not believe how rude they were. Their items are not cheap and you would think they would provide better customer service since they are a ""high end boutique"". I will not do business there again unless I absolutely have to. This boutique is run by the rudest people. The owner was there and she was the ring leader of rudeness! They should be called QueenBitches! Pros: Fixed my bracelet Cons: Rude customer service. more
