When I heard that the owners of Jaguar were opening a new restaurant in Coral Gables I thought one thing ""can't wait to try it"". Talavera did not dissapoint. As a lover of Mexican food this place is it as far as Miami is concerned. The dishes are unique and exciting. It is often difficult to find the beloved Mole sauce, this place has three variations. The Ceviche is excellent, of course. The wine list just as good as Jaguar. Talavera is everything I love about Jaguar with a Mexican twist. I def will be going back.
