If you don't want to get scammed, and have faulty work done on your teeth, you better stay away from this guy.
I had to pay another dentist just to fix this guy's work and they would not reimburse me! Terrible business practice. Also, the new dentist told me I had ZERO cavities on a side that Phillips claimed I had 3!
He is just out to get your money.
