James has so many complaints against him from customers and employees yet he is still there. Why? He is very rude to customers and arrogant to the employees. He is inconsiderate, unelthical and inappropriate towards everyone except Shane, that would be James's boss at the McKinney store #1462. He likes to threaten his employees and try to intimidate anyone that seems to be a threat to him. He should not work with the public at all....
