I purchased a used grand piano from these people. They signed an agreement stating they would repurchase the piano from me for full price and put that money toward the purchase of a newer piano of greater value. When it came time to do this they denied the agreement.
Also, the sales people are generally very pushy and opinionated.
Pros: Fairly Large Selection
Cons: Pushy Salespeople/dont keep promises
