I have been using this company for a while now and have not yet had anything negative to say about them. I am a very difficult person to please and I want things to be explained in a way that they make sense to someone who is not a computer tech. They have always done so with me.
Recently I have been having some abnormal problems with my wives laptop and I brought it into the store. They originally quoted me a price and later I was told that the motherboard was fried and that it would normally cost me much more to have it fixed but they were able to work it out with the manufacture and it did not cost me a penny more. I have confidence in this company to do right by me in the future.
Finding a good honest computer repair store is just like trying to find a good auto mechanic. Now all I have to do is find somewhere to take my car!!!!!!!!!!!!!
