Av Guy sent a technician to my house without any experience at the job I had booked him to do. An entire day was spent and billed to me for a job that I later found would be done without charge at MacAuthority (the best!), and in about 15 minutes. When I went to work on my computer after he left I found that not only had he not completed what he had been hired to do, but he deleted the files and documents that I depend on for my business. I had asked him to back up the system before working and didn't feel that I needed to look over and check his work ...

One would think that a business would do what it takes to keep a A sucker like me as a client.
