We ate at the Black Steer in Hagerstown while passing through to Quebec on a mission trip with our church, our waitress was excellent, the steaks were very good for the price and they had a propane torch mounted in the huge black steer's head over the front entrance. We stood and watched for it to explode fire from the steer head, now that's something u don't see at every steak house....
