Seeing as today is national smokeout day I wanted to again send along my thanks to you (Robert Harrison).
I am very happy to be smoke free for the past 17 months!! On a separate note, I have also lost 45 lbs on my own, just by eating better and not drinking a lot of sugary sodas like i used to.
