A divorce case was not handled in a timely manner nor was the plaintiff supported. When confronted about the details the plaintiff was made to feel like the villan and a subordinate. Plaintiff was not allowed access to the original lawyer for any confirmations or otherwise and was left to feel like the criminal with the police being summoned. The plaintiff at no time used inappropriate words nor violent, loud or leud behavior. Indiscretion and untruths were stated in front of the receptionist, by the office manager, in the front lobby with other clients coming in and out.
