My little girl got a very expensive shirt as a gift from Baby Rai but she wanted me to exchange it for a cute outfit she'd actually wear so I took the shirt -so picture this...in the Baby Rai box in th Baby Rai bag and with the Baby Rai sticker in the back of the tag on the shirt(just the price was rubbed off) to the store. The girl at the counter said I needed the receipt for an exchange. I showed her the Baby Rai tag in the back and she said there was no way they can track it with those numbers and that they need the actual reciept. Frustrated I tried explaining it's a gift and I drove a long way and asked if she could she call her manager as everything indicates the person bought it from the store and they still had the shirt in the store they knew how much my friend payed for it and all I wanted to do was exchange. So she called the manager or owner of the store. I could totally hear the owner on the phone getting mad at the girl because she had explained the policy and that was that. So I picked everything up and told the girl it's not her fault it's the owner's as the return/exchange policy is stupid. I wanted to write a review to let others know so please before you buy a gift from this store get ready to give the gift reciept with it or else people will be stuck with $200 shirts their kids won't wear and the store will not budge even though it's their item and with their tags etc. Nice girl working there but horrible store policies and tracking system.
