I will never ever go back there again. The manager there John Ackers is clearly a racist. He was very rude to me. When I got my car back my sun visor was hanging all the way down in my face. I know my sun visor was old and a little droopy, but it definitely was not that bad. I mean I couldn't even see, because it was blocking my view. I told the service guy that the technician must have accidentally snapped it when he moved it. The manager John""Green"" Acres told me that he thought I was trying to pull something on him. That was his exact comment to me, and everyone heard him say this. He essentially called me a liar. What kind of manager calls his paying customers a liar? I spent $800.00 at that place. They didn't even fix my car right the first time. I had to go back a second time to get it fixed again. I hate this place. I will travel 30 or 40 miles to another dealer before I ever go back there again. I can't believe they are still in business. If you are a person of color, don't go there, and even if you are not a person of color don't go there. Go to Novato Chevrolet in Marin. They are very nice and fair. One more thing, David McCauley and Dennis Pawlowski were very nice and professional unlike their manager. They gave me a loaner on my second visit so I could get to work, but I will still never go back there again. I just wanted to be fair about this experience.
