I purchased a new vaccum cleaner from this company. The offered to take my old vaccum in just to service it. Problem is they returned an old vaccum very scratched, it look terrible. Mine was old but only used upstairs. No scratches, bag was like new. I have called and no one has gotten back to me to resolve this issue.
