I researched buying a new string trimmer... tired of dealing with super stores and companies that clearly made products designed to be disposable. Came down to Stihl and Echo. I was lucky to go to Kaser's and had the pleasure of dealing with Dave. He took time to explain the brand differences and matched the unit to what I was needing. They set the machine up, filled it with gas, started it and showed me how the controls work. I am sure that if I ever have problems with the unit, that they will stand behind it, as they had many calls and customers come in when I was there and all were well treated... I strongly recommend them!!
Pros: Great Set Up, Friendly employees, Great Equipment
Cons: They are busy... (not a bad thing)
