Disappointing to say the least 11/13/2009

Took 10 minutes for server to acknolwedge our presence, took 10 more minutes to get our beverages, took another 40 minutes to get our lunch, constant excuses from the server while he was trying to settle problems at the table next to us, our order was wrong, tried to tell hostess of our problems and she was too busy yakking with friends to care. I wrote an honest assessment of our experience on a survey card only to be placed on their email SPAM list. No concerned follow up or apology for the poor experience. Oh, to top it all off our server offered to comp the tea and coke to make us feel better about the lousy performance. What a joke!! The place wasn't even that busy - plenty of open tables. Pros: None that day Cons: SLOW service, cold entrees, bland flavors more
