Love Jimmy John's food. Drive thru orders are wrong more than 50% of the time. Tried to get delivery for the first time.....30 minutes passed and nothing. Called and driver was lost; however no one got our phone number when we ordered, so they couldn't call us to tell us that. Waited another 15 minutes, nothing! Spent 10 minutes on phone with driver, (a hour has passed since our phone order) and he still could not find us. So we cancelled our order. Very displeased. Don't know why we keep going back.
