When I started coming to HPI, Dennis took the time to find out what I needed and to craft a personalized plan for me. In our sessions, I've gotten exactly what I wanted. While I've lost weight, the most important thing is that I feel much healthier and my endurance and stamina have gotten much better.
The staff are all very friendly and HPI is the opposite of a meathead gym - people are there to get a good workout, not look good.
