I love to go to Three-13 Salon. It is a fun place and Lilia does an outstanding job on her haircuts. I made the mistake of getting a haircut while out of town. Lilia was able to repair the damage. I never go anywhere else for a haircut. Pros: outstanding service Cons: haircut price does not include blow dry more
