Called this company on Saturday night letting them know I had a problem with my hot water heater. (Ads says 24/7). Got a call back stating their on-call individual had a family emergency and could not come out until the following morning. Ok....said I would get a gift certificate for my patience. Called at 10:15 this morning wondering when they might arrive........ Dispatch had no record of my call or that I needed service.....
