Everybody knows that every student needs a bank account and especially one that is national. Wells Fargo is about the only one in the area that fills that need. Unfortunately because of this, this Provo location is doing well despite the poor service they provide. Most of the staff is made of self-involved college students and a management full of liers. The pride of the business they get from the local student population has caused them to not provide proper training for their clerks and think that they don't need people skills to bring in business. If you can go to another bank or another wells fargo location. As for me I will never again step foot inside this location.
Pros: close to campus, easy access for carless students
Cons: poor service, selfish clerks, unexperienced staff
