my biggest thing is that i came in there a true blonde and left with jet black hair, imagine what i looked like a freak i was so mad i never wanted to go back there again and never did i did call and they gave me the ruun around but ,well after 6 months of looking like a freak and wearing hats i finally got my color sorta back , but if you want a quick fix for show, halloween this might be the place to ge.
