EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE 11/30/2009

We purchased some marble & grout material recommended by the manager, Mark. They turned out to be defective; the grout cracked when applied and was not able to be removed from the surface of the marble. When we returned to the store to show this to the manager, he said we had bad contractors and it's not their problem and totaly refused to help. When we asked to speak to the owner of the business, Mark said he made all the decisions for the business and the owner would not want to talk to us. We DO NOT recommend this business to anyone! Pros: large selection but not for retail folks Cons: Stinky attitude & Refused to take back defective product more
