First, when I called, they had trouble matching what I saw online to the product in store...secondly, they overcharged me by about $40; did not provide at total at the time of order and now I have come to find that in addition to the $70 they originially (mis)charged, they charged a second time for an additional $30! I now how to resolve this issue (and I live in Florida) via telephone.
