I've gone to a few classes here and I have to say I've really enjoyed them all. I'm a yoga newbie, but in the classes I've tried, the instructors are really good at accommodating your personal level. I've tried Pilates there and the yoga as well. The best kept secret there is the Restorative Yoga, a great way to wrap up a busy week!
