I went to Postal Plus because I had been there before. I always had been helped by the man that works there. He is quite pleasant and willing to answer questions. This last time I went I was helped by the woman, Denise, that also works there. She was rude, obnoxious and defensive. I will not go back again. It's not worth being spoken to in that manner when there are other places around to mail out packages that have much nicer employees. Denise needs to take lessons in customer service skills!!!
