I have a busy calendar, and don?t have a lot of time to devote to exercise, but I know it?s important for my body and mind so I give it an hour a day, most days of the week. Benefitness really makes this possible because they have a bunch of different exercise classes everyday. I can do muscle class one day, kickboxing class the next, combine my workout with a bootcamp class, or relax with a yoga class. The instructors are engaging (i.e. ?not boring?) and are constantly challenging me. This gym works for me and may I also add my budget.
Pros: best staff around!
