Serviceman viewed a perfect picture and dignosed a problem and quote ($500) without opening the TV. He then talked a service charge ($70) out of my wife and when I called to voice a complaint the owner refused to return my phone call. I called 5 days in a row. Service manager was rude and owner obviously doesn't care about any future business--because I will shop elsewhere. Pros: None Cons: Horrible Service more
