As my first time getting a Brazilian Bikini wax, I was pretty nervous. When I called in to make the appointment, they were very helpful and answered all the questions I had. I got the appointment the next day too! The woman who helped me when I came in the next day was extremely efficient and gentle (well as gentle as you can be when you're ripping hair follicles out of your private areas). As I twitched in pain, there was calming ocean music playing that helped me steady myself and sort of helped. It was over within 20-25 minutes. Best of all, it wasn't awkward at all. I would definitely go back there for another, once summer rolls around. Great location; right off of Georgia Avenue next to Roots. Five stars guys! Awesome job!
