Last straw! Went to have a print done on Sunday night that I've had done multiple times before. Unfortunately, the help I got was less than that, downright rude. Even after explaining how I've had prints done quickly before, he kept stressing that they don't do large format prints after 6pm and only one person could do them. Both not true, since I've had at least 3 different people do them. Even after telling him I needed it for a meeting in the morning he would not do it, stressing his shift was ending at 10pm, making it clear I was bothering him. Great customer service, yeah right! Never again will they be my first choice for my printing needs.
