I backed into my son-in-law's car. My insurance company sent him to Enterprise for a car rental while they were fixing his car. After waiting an hour on someone from Enterprise to bring me the car, when he shows up, the hub caps were missing on the rear. There were scratches and dents everywhere. My insurance company recommended we go to Dalton and get a different rental car. Each Enterprise we called said the same thing. "All our cars have been rented out". Can you believe this? A rental car place that has no rental cars in Chattanooga or Dalton!!! I had to give them one star, but Enterprise is not worth the one star.

Cons: They gave me a car that had no rear hub caps!!
