I was pleased with the timeliness of the service. The guy came out within an hour of my phone call. The only concern was that we weren't sure if the problem was solved after spending $175. The plumber was very helpful in telling me how to go about filing a home owners insurance claim if the issue did not resolve. Overall, a decent experience.
