Installation went smooth. As long as the system never has a problem or is never inspected by another contractor you might never realize that the service and repair contract you had means nothing. Currently the company has no idea about building codes. They installed a new furnace and Air Handler and did not know that the law states the air handler had to be 10 feet from the propane tank and now I have to have it moved and RAD for the past three weeks every day but they never returned my calls. In addition I have no heat in winter and can not get any calls returned for service. IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY DO NOT. STAY AWAY.
