With all my eye doctors in the past the typical waiting period is one to two weeks. This office said four weeks. Okay, so I wait the four weeks. No call from them. I go in do see if they're in and it turns out they lost their copy of my insurance and haven't even ordered them yet. I ask about how much longer it will take and get the response of several weeks and then the lady went off on me when I didn't do one thing wrong and it was their mistake. They didn't even contact me to tell me they needed a new copy of my insurance. Two+ month for glasses with very poor service.
