My father was at the Summit for three years. We would have moved him, if he had not passed away. Several times he had medical emergencies and was transported to the hospital, and the staff never notified me. Attention to meds was problematic. Equally frustrating was when I spoke to the manager, Rose Vera, she blamed everyone on her staff, but never took any responsbility. I would think very, very carefully before entrusting a member of my family to either the assisted living or Alzheimer's care.
