When i moved out, i was charged $160 of which $75 for a top cabinet, sink, mirror cleaning and $85 for not doing a PROFESSIONAL CARPET STEAM CLEANING which means you must hire a professional carpet steam cleaner to clean your carpet if you don't want to be charged that $85.
Pros: cheap ($550/2 bedroom June 2009)
Cons: not very safe, hidden fee
more
