Have a glass shower enclosure and one of the windows broke. Took the frame from the broken part to river city glasses shop intending to just have the glass replaced. They told me they couldn't do that and would have to send out an estimator to measure the space and look at it. I was fine with that and made an apointment. Estimator came out a few days later and had a look and told me he'd get back with me after he looked some things up. 4 days later he called me and gave me a price to replace it, which I was fine with and he said it would take about a week to order the parts. I told him to go ahead and get it ordered and get me fixed up. After 3 weeks passed I had not heard anything from them so I called to see what the deal was. After looking around a bit was told they found the record that I had made an apointment with an estimator but that no job was ever set up, no parts had been ordered and nothing was being done. Lucky for me I have a seperate bathtub! I would not recomm
