I had a very bad back up into my basement last weekend. Roto-Rooter was the second plumber I called and the only one to fix the problem. The dispatchers were awesome and very kind to let me know when the plumber would arrive. The plumber was very helpful and provided us with a lot of information. And most importantly I was able to use the water again without it backing up into the basement!
