Having lived at Brookberry for six months now, I am an extremely dissatisfied tenant. The dishwasher does not work and the maintenance men will even tell you it is a piece of crap. Unless you enjoy hand-drying, don't bother in that area. Also, be prepared for them to switch out whatever they deem fit even if they show you the unit you are renting beforehand. They showed us the exact unit we would be moving into, then switched out the refrigerator with a damaged one once we applied for this apartment. They claimed they would "never do such a thing" and I almost believed I imagined it until a neighbor confirmed they did the same thing to her. The spiders and bugs are unimagineable and if your neighbors smoke, you can smell it in your apartment. The office does not care about this. They also didn't care that the aforementioned dishwasher leaked for the first two weeks we lived here: I don't mean a drop here and there but water literally poured onto the floor everytime we used it.
