Being the only hospital in town is probably a good thing for this facility. If I had to rate their customer service, I would give it a negative number. But since there is no other facility for medical treatment; they got you.\r

As a parent of an out-of-state student, I would expect the staff to be more helpful in providing information regarding their child. Instead, I was treated repeatedly with disrespect and rudeness. Guess I should have told them at the beginning of my conversation that I deal with medical malpractice for a living. Maybe that would have gotten their attention.\r
