I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I have been going to see Dr. Miller for 8 years, and this morning I was privy to her true colors.
Last week my family buried my sisters child and needless to say a lot has been on my mind. I ended up writing down my appt time as 10am instead of 1pm. I showed up at 10 and the receptionist was very professional about the mix up and said that it wasn't a big deal since Dr. Miller actually had an opening at 10a, so she could see now. I offered to come back at 1, but she assured me this would be fine. I went into the back and as I was undressing, I heard Dr. Miller telling Dr. Teach that "this girl who showed up at 10a instead of 1p has ruined her whole day, how dare she...ect" it went on and on. I put my clothes back on and left. not only was this extremely poor judgement and professional manner, it was a lack of overall human compassion. If I could give her zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to give her at least one.
