I tried to buy a car from this dealership and they treated me and the situation with no level of professionalism. They lied to me on multiple occasions. I was told that I bought a car from this dealership, the money had gone through, and they said they had filled out all my paper work. All that was left for me to do was come sign the papers and pick it up. The dealership told me they had taken it off the lot and marked it as sold. I was driving there from five hours away in order to pick it up, and they decided to tell me that someone was test driving it to buy it after I had already called to tell them I was on the road. They then decided to not call me back for two hours before telling me that they sold it to someone else. They sold the car that I bought to someone else. I was told that it was my car and it was held for me. They had even been in contact with my bank and the loan was approved. I had been working with this dealership for over a week getting it set up.
