I went into this store to upgrade my sons phone. I had already spoke to someone from AT&T on the phone prior to entering the store so I knew what my options were. Upon entering we were greated by a girl and we proceeded to tell her what we wanted. My son wanted an Iphone but was also looking at all the other phones to see what other options there were. The whole time the girl stood there with her arms crossed. NEVER in the whole time we were there did she once smile or make us feel like she wanted to help us. We felt like she was doing us a favor by being there. When we asked questions she answered with as few words as possible. We felt like she just wanted us gone. We never got a thankyou when we left after renewing a 2 yr contract and purchasing a $124.00 phone. If this wasnt the closest store we would have left. I would NOT ever go back there again. We have been long time AT&T users and currently have 6 cell phones with them and plans. What ever happend to being polite and good customer service?!
