Overall the service is great. I have been using SuperShutle for the past two years. However, my last experience with them is still ongoing and frustrating. My travel plans had changed and I called them 8 hours in advance to cancel my pick up (their cancellation policy requires you to call them prior to 4 hours of pick up). The woman who took my call gave me her name and stated that i would get a refund within 3-5 business days. Two weeks went by and I dod not get my refund. I called them again and was given a refund reference number and told that I would get my refund in 3-5 business days. Its been three weeks since that call and a month and a half when I first called. I called again and now they want me to speak directly to the accounting department. I am waiting for them to call me back and still waiting for my refund. It seems there is a problem on the administrative side of their business. I hope to receive my refund soon and resolve this problem once and for all. I sti
