The food is excellent and the chef we had one evening was absolutely amazing. He tossed a raw egg in the air, caught it on the side of the blade of his spatula, and proceded to write "Welcome" on the griddle with the egg white dribbling out! We've eaten there a number of times and the food is consistently good, though we've never had that same chef again. Still, though, the food is as good as or better than Benihana's, and the service is more attentive and friendly. The service at this restaurant is also better and more friendly than the Musashi's in Porter Ranch, so we usually eat here even though the Porter Ranch branch is closer to our home.
