My customer ordered a Kahrs floor. The flooring department never placed the order but charged the credit card. The flooring department left my customer confused since they said the product name now changed and the flooring is slightly different, but it's the same floor she ordered. The customer asked me to confirm the new order. In trying to straighten out the mess on behalf of my customer, I was transferred to the owner Ted Resnick (sp?). I can honestly say that in 30 years of being in business, I never met a person with a WORSE business customer service attitude.
As he put it to me on the phone...The last thing I need is a p**sed off customer to deal with. things happen. The order fell through the cracks. It happens. If she doesn't like it, I'll just refund her deposit. I'm sick and tired of the whole world stopping when things get messed up. You tell her to let me know what she wants to do. Either she wants the floor or a refund. It doesn't matter to me. Just let me know.
