I called twice to order flowers long distance . I spent a lot of time entering information twice on their website and each time the promotional code did not work. So I phoned long distance. The staff did not know the reason why the promotional code did not work for my order. Told me to phone back to talk to the manager. The manager did not come to the phone but simply told the employee it should work on their website which it did not and perhaps call another florist since she had no more answers. So that's what I did and Karmays has since lost my business. So much for personal assistance.
